Using this website
You are welcome to browse this website and get in touch. Please do not misuse it, try to break it, or use it in a way that is unlawful. The content, design and brand on this website belong to GVisuals unless stated otherwise.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending us a message or project brief does not create a contract. It is the start of a conversation. Any quote we send is valid for the period stated on it. Work begins once you accept a quote and we agree on the scope in writing.
Our work together
- The scope, price and timeline for your project are set out in your quote and agreement.
- We keep you updated and review the work with you before launch.
- You are responsible for giving us the content, access and approvals we need to move forward.
Payments
Payment terms are set out in your quote and agreement. We do not take payments through this website. We will never ask you to enter card or banking details on this site.
Liability
We take care with our work, but this website is provided as is. To the extent allowed by South African law, GVisuals is not liable for any loss that results from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law.
